Sabzi Khordan {Noon o Panir Sabzi Edition}

February 16, 2026
Throughout the Middle East, a big plate of herbs and radishes is its own regional love language – served alongside many meals as both a digestive and a natural palate enhancer. But in true Persian hospitality, we take it to another level. We turn it into an art form: abundant, beautiful, and layered with fragrant herbs. Here, I’m sharing a closer look at my bloomed and dressed-up sabzi khordan – the same one you may have seen on my Instagram. And if you’d like to learn exactly how to create these pretty radishes and scallions, you can follow my...

Ashtalieh Recipe

October 24, 2025
Ladies who love to host – this one’s for you. Ashtalieh is a comforting Lebanese milk pudding, creamy and fragrant with a gentle hint of rose and orange blossom water. Here is why I love to make it. My in-laws are Armenian from Syria and Lebanon, and through them, I’ve been introduced to so many incredible flavors in the kitchen. One of my favorite desserts is my mother-in-law’s version of Ashtalieh. It’s decadent, so simple to make and perfect for the host who loves to serve something homemade and always elegant on the table. It’s the perfect dessert for any gathering. I...

King of Christmas x Parisa Kaprealian

October 7, 2025
I’m so delighted to be collaborating once again with King of Christmas this year. This season, I decided to go with a much taller tree, and I couldn’t be happier with the choice – it instantly makes my space feel more grand and elevated. I opted for a green, unlit 9’ King Fraser Fir, which gives me the freedom to choose the lighting design based on my vision each year. Since I love designing my Christmas tree differently every season, having that flexibility is key. After years of experimenting with different artificial tree styles, I’ve discovered that I truly...

Tahcheen Bites {Crispy Persian Saffron Rice Bites with Chicken}

September 18, 2025
Tahcheen is one of Iran’s most beloved comfort foods. At its heart, it’s a baked dish made of layers of saffron rice mixed with yogurt and eggs, wrapped around tender and caramelized chicken cooked with saffron, turmeric and onions. Once baked, tahcheen turns beautifully golden and crispy on the outside, while staying soft and fluffy on the inside. It’s the kind of dish that feels both homey and celebratory, something you can serve at a family gathering or a dinner party, and everyone will go back for seconds. I’ve shared my full tahcheen recipe before, but this time, I...

Persian New Year {Norooz} 1404

March 16, 2025
I can hardly believe another year has flown by, but it’s time once again to welcome the Persian New Year (Norooz). This celebration of renewal and new beginnings is my absolute favorite to prepare for. If you’re new here, let me introduce you to the beauty and traditions of Norooz. Persian New Year has been celebrated for over 3,000 years and it is one of the most ancient and continuously celebrated holidays in history. Originating in ancient Persia (modern day Iran), Norooz now transcends national and religious boundaries, embraced by over 15 countries and diverse faiths. Marking the vernal...

Powder Room Makeover

January 15, 2025
When I moved into my house, the previous owner had done a lot of upgrades and lucky me, very much to my taste. The only room the previous owners did not give any love to is our powder room. That being said, I have done a lot of my own design upgrades to compliment my taste but the powder room was left in the dust by me as well. Between designing and simply sourcing what you have in mind for your home, it can take a lot of time. So after many years of living in our new home,...

King of Christmas x Parisa Kaprealian

October 8, 2024
I have always wanted to splurge on an artificial flocked Christmas tree from King of Christmas and here we are friends – a dream collaboration with the best of the best for artificial Christmas trees. I chose the 7.5’ King Flock with 800 Warm White LED Lights. I loved how easy it was to setup particularly because there was no need to plug in each section for the lights. The tree has an easy-connect system already installed so all you have to do is plug the cord into the wall to light up the tree. The heavy flocking is...

Celine’s {Tea for Two} 2nd Birthday

July 7, 2024
I had the delight of designing another exquisite birthday celebration for one of my cherished families in my beautiful circle of clients and friends. With a plethora of delicate and feminine accents, this party showcased classic bow details throughout, elegant in their abundance and timely in this bow trend. Some of my other favorite details are the gorgeous shades of mauve, the floral motifs throughout our linens and the delicate faux so pretty tea party pastries for the kids table. Crafted with much love, I hope that you feel inspired by all the pretty attention to detail. Thank you...

Tahcheen Ba Morgh {Crispy Persian Saffron Rice & Chicken Casserole}

July 4, 2024
Tahcheen ba morgh is an Iranian dish consisting of layers of saffron rice mixed with yogurt, eggs, and chicken, all baked together in a pan or glass casserole dish until crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. It is often prettified with barberries, almonds or pistachios for added flavor and texture. In the Persian language, “tahcheen” translates to “arranged on the bottom” and refers to the layering process of assembling this dynamite dish. Tahcheen can be cooked in a pot on the stove but I prefer to use a deep glass casserole dish because I prefer to...

Al fresco dining

June 26, 2024
Summer is here and one of my favorite things to do is dine al fresco at home. I recently added another high-end and timeless tableware collection from Vista Alegre that can truly elevate any occasion around the dining table. I am going to be pulling out this tableware collection all summer because it’s pretty, practical and matches my outdoor aesthetic so perfectly. My favorite detail about this tabletop design is the floral arrangements I made using a platter as a base for the flowers. I used a mix of faux and fresh florals mixed with green grapes, green apples...
