I wanted to share with you guys a little bit about Pretty Please Baby. I stopped working/designing Persian wedding ceremonies once I found out I was pregnant with my daughter in 2014. Once my daughter’s 1st birthday came around I quickly realized how much I had missed designing and DIY’ing. I realized that I could still make time to do what I love and that is why I started using FAUX florals more than I ever had because it gave me so much freedom and flexibility to prepare her party decor months in advance. I used to be at the fresh floral market every week for fresh blooms in my home. Nothing is as beautiful as fresh florals. That being said, they obviously aren’t as flexible in time when planning or designing a party, especially if you are a crazy DIY’er like me who likes to be involved in ALL of the details. Did I just admit I am a perfectionist?
The reason I came up with the “Some bunny is ONE” theme is because my daughter’s birthday was around when all this darling Easter decor was out and I wanted to use a lot of the Easter decor I saw. So I combined a saying I saw from an Easter cake topper, “Some bunny loves you” into “Some bunny is ONE”. I’m almost certain the “Some bunny is ONE” theme didn’t exist before my daughter’s party and it has quickly grown to be my most popular pin and party theme on my Pinterest to this day. With steady inquiries on how to make the items I made for my daughter’s birthday, I thought why not let others rent them from me once I’m done with them. I’m so sentimental about holding onto her party pieces so why not let someone else enjoy them if they would like.
Planning this party feels like yesterday. It was such a milestone and momentous day not only for her but for ME. Sienna LOVED her birthday party. LOVED being sung Happy Birthday to and LOVED all the attention she got. She wasn’t a big fan of her smash cake. She didn’t like getting her hands dirty and also didn’t really like sitting on grass when we took her outside. Overall, a beautiful day with loads of fun! So many pretty memories I will forever cherish.

What a pretty cute Party! Loved every small detail of it ?. Planning to do this for my daughters first birthday.
Can you please share micheals link for faux florals. I looked on the site, but was unable to find the same ones. And where can I find the cake stands and dessert cups for macaroons?
Also do you have any DIY tutorials for the bunny and one sign and the backdrop?
Thank you!

Hi Haritha! Thank you so much. I enjoyed designing it. I unfortunately do not have any related tutorials at this time but I will keep that in mind for the future to share one. If I find the same or similar florals I used I will link them. Lastly, the cake stand and dessert cups are vintage and part of my collection.

I love your decoration, very elegant and chic. An you please tell me what material do you use to make the base for the number 1 and the bunny? Where did you get the bunny shape?
Thank you!

Hello and thank you so much! I used cardboard for it. I drew a silhouette of the shape, cut it out then attached the flowers with hot glue. Hope that helps!
