Honored to have designed another party for one of my favorite families with the most adorable little girls. You may recognize this beautiful family from the Celine in Paris party I designed. This time around we planned a pretty party for Celine’s sister, Scarlett. Four the first time in four-ever we par-tea’d pretty and it was a magical one.
